The person in charge of prison law in your firm MUST either: 1. Hold the Certificate of Competency in Prison Law (awarded by the Institute of Prison Law - www.prisonlaw.org.uk); or 2. Have a minimum of 350 hours of prison law practice in the last 12 months. We accept advertising ONLY from firms who meet this criteria - the liberty of our readers depends on us only promoting firms who possess real knowledge of the complex areas of prison law that applies to them.
